(( Here you can learn new jutsu that you would like. The jutsus you want to train you can show it to me along with the name. If its suitable according to your rank and power, i will grant it and let you practice. But if its not according to your rank or if it's above your power, i will slightly change it for you so that you can learn the jutsu easily. Once you have perfected the jutsu I'll delete the replies for having it cleaner.))
